I usually have cold feet. Be it summer or winter, my feet just don’t seem to be even able to warm up. As for that I’ve got a pretty easy cure. I’m always wearing warm socks when I’m home. I don’t really need them outside because I’m usually walking so my feet are moving and not getting that cold naturally. But being at home is somehow getting to me. So I have a bunch of cashmere socks to put on. I really recommend cashmere as it keeps you really nice and warm yet the air is still able to circulate. Another good point is that cashmere is very soft and cozy, not as stiff as pure sheep wool. Sheep wool on your bare skin can drive you nuts. It’s so itchy, especially when new. So if you have cold feet as well, try cashmere socks!

spring in the air
After this long period of wearing stockings, legwarmers and knitted socks I feel a craving for short socks! Be it those lovely crochet ones or bright and colourful “usual” short socks I want them. Well, I can buy them but I’m not quite sure if it would be the wisest thing to wear them at the moment as, yes, it’s freezing. Even if the weather forecast says it’s not even under 0°C my feet say otherwise.
Why I feel a craving like this? I’m a victim of advertisement and well-made window displays. As I mentioned yesterday I saw sunglasses and felt the spring flair that was floating in the shops. I didn’t think it would actually affect me that much though but it did, and I’d now like to be able to wear my spring clothes already!
